Credit Card on file Policy

To book an appointment at That Hair Place, a valid credit card is required to hold your reservation. This secures your time slot and confirms your commitment to the appointment. A $1 authorization may appear to verify the card, but you will not be charged until the time of service or if you fail to comply with our Late Cancellation or No Show Policies. This policy applies to appointments booked online, by phone, and in person.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or text the salon at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service value. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service value. Email is not an accepted method for late-notice cancellations.


sustainability Fee

The 4% sustainability fee is a service and technology fee applied to all transactions. It contributes to salon improvements, environmentally responsible practices, and continued growth—allowing us to maintain exceptional service


Happy Guarantee Policy

Service & Product

We have a happy guarantee on our products! If you are not 100% happy with the Products you’ve purchased, please return the product within 10 days and we will happily apply a full credit to your salon account that can be used towards your next appointment and/or product purchase.

 We have a happy guarantee on our Services! Please don’t leave if you’re not 100% happy with the Service you received. If for some reason you find you are unhappy after you leave the salon, please contact us within 10 days and we will do our best to resolve things to your satisfaction.
