Credit Card on file Policy

To book an appointment at That Hair Place, a credit card must be on file. This ensures that your time slot is reserved and that you're committed to the appointment. Once your card is on file, no deposit is required for in-salon bookings. However, a deposit is always required for online bookings. This policy applies to appointments made online, over the phone, and in person


Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule, please call the Salon at least 1 DAY in advance to avoid a penalty. All SAME DAY cancellations will be charged 50% of the total service value and NO SHOWS are charged 100% of the total service value.


sustainability Fee

The 4% sustainability fee is a service and technology fee applied to all transactions. This directly supports the salon’s growth and development, allowing us to continue providing you with exceptional service.


Happy Guarantee Policy

Service & Product

We have a happy guarantee on our products! If you are not 100% happy with the Products you’ve purchased, please return the product within 10 days and we will happily apply a full credit to your salon account that can be used towards your next appointment and/or product purchase.

 We have a happy guarantee on our Services! Please don’t leave if you’re not 100% happy with the Service you received. If for some reason you find you are unhappy after you leave the salon, please contact us within 10 days and we will do our best to resolve things to your satisfaction.
