Lauren brings a mix of heart, hustle, and hospitality to our team. Before joining That Hair Place, she worked as the Assistant Manager at Strigo Vineyards and led the catering team with Southern Fare. With years of experience in front desk and service roles, she knows how to make people feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

She’s earned her associate degree and completed most of her bachelor’s in Communications—a reflection of her drive to keep learning and growing. Creativity has always come naturally to Lauren, from sketching Disney designs to bringing a natural sense of artistry to everything she does.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find her cleaning (because she actually loves it!) and then rewarding herself with a little self-care at the nail or lash salon. She also enjoys time with friends, puzzles, reading, and movies—the simple things that keep her grounded.

If she could be anywhere right now, Ireland would be the dream—but her favorite place will always be her grandparents’ home near Saratoga, where childhood summers still bring her peace.

For Lauren, living in the moment isn’t just a motto—it’s how she shows up, being present every day.
