Cynthia has been with That Hair Place since 2021, serving as salon coordinator, where she supported the team’s growth and helped the salon reach its goals while enhancing her leadership skills through additional training.

Cynthia is now transitioning to focus on her true passion—working behind the chair as a stylist. Along with her work as a stylist, she is a skilled makeup artist and plans to focus on bridal hair and makeup, while continuing to refine her expertise in color. Driven by her deep love for the beauty industry, she is dedicated to making meaningful connections with her clients, ensuring they feel not only beautiful but also heard and understood. Cynthia’s commitment to excellence goes beyond technical skills; she strives to create a warm, inviting atmosphere where clients can relax and feel comfortable. With her exceptional work ethic and attention to detail, she provides personalized experiences that exceed expectations. She is excited to continue refining her craft and staying current with industry trends to offer the best service possible.

Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs, cherishing the personal moments that bring her joy.
